Hello! My name is Sara and I am your new teacher.
I teach English and Russian online. Classes with me will help you understand the language through culture and mindset of people speaking it and I will show you that you can have a lot of fun when learning a language!
About me
I graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts specializing in Linguistics. While studying, I took part in different science conferences as a translator for our foreign guests; a volunteer at the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi and as a translator for foreigners visiting Sochi as tourists. After university, I taught English to children at a secondary school and also worked in an international online language school Skyeng. Teaching online introduced me to new and curious people, their culture and languages.
In 2019, I was invited to teach in China. I spent two years teaching English to children and adults. Last summer, I came home to Sochi and started teaching Russian as well. Now I am focusing on working with different students around the world and sharing my experience online whilst learning new things about different cultures!
